The Mission of the Frank J. Menolascino Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is to continue Frank Menolascino’s legacy to champion innovative efforts in the areas of education, research, service, advocacy and public policy in order to optimize the quality of life for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
Frank J Menolascino, MD was a tireless hero for the developmentally challenged, fighting for their legal right to adequate care. He spent much of his career working on behalf of the many who could not advocate for themselves.
